Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

We warranty all boards for a year from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects.  This does not include any dings, scratches, or damage that can occur from using the product in normal conditions. 

If you have received a board and would like to return it, we will refund the purchase price (but not shipping and handling) of a Rock-It surfboard upon it being returned to us in brand new, unopened, unused condition.  The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.  We do not provide accept returns or provide refunds to boards that have been opened and used
