A short story--one day we were delivering boards to a customer in Hatteras, NC. This customer-- Shortbus Board Co.--makes professional fiberglass surfboards and wakesurf boards. They indicated that if Rock-It could make a wakesurf in our durable soft top materials, it would be a great product. Shortbus provided design files on a tried and true professional design.
We then partnered with professional wakeboarder and wakeboard/wakesurf instructor Chance Croyle at Lake Gaston in NC who worked with us on R&D, testing, tuning, refining and ultimately making a killer product at a killer price.
So here we have it, Rock-It's first wakesurf board, the PLANK. It has three wooden nano-polymer coated stringers for rigidity and is produced using an Advanced Smart 3D Lamination construction that is energy efficient and free of harmful epoxies, glues, or toxins. The result is a professional grade product with rounded rails, advanced waterproofing, UV resistance, built-in EVA traction, and a performance fin box system with three 2" bonzer fins - yet in safe, soft materials that won't hurt anyone or their boat.

Great surfboard! Very happy with it!
Excellent starter board for my 10 yr old! He loves it.
My son is 11 and absolutely love his short is orange board. It’s lightweight and the color stands out
I was looking for a 7' board with great flotation for my daughter. Her surf instructor uses a 9' 6" board, and it was just too big. Both she and the instructor said this board is just as stable as his board and perfect for a beginner.
The mega volume 7 footer is nice. Seems well made. Floats good in the low river flows. Thanks
